Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.
Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Exceptions: Cancellation is not permitted for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the delivered product is proven to be of unsatisfactory quality.
Return and Replacement Guidelines
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery. After validation, we will process the return or replacement.
Product Not as Expected: If the product significantly differs from its description or your expectations, report it to Customer Service on the same day of delivery. We will evaluate your complaint and take the necessary steps.
Warranty Products: For issues with warranty-covered products, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
For returns, if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
