If you want 100 cm Hair Length! Use this 2 Ingredients for Miraculous Hair Growth

In today’s post, I’d like to share with you a fantastic hair mask that can help control hair loss and promote hair growth. While hair loss is not a disease, it can be caused by a lack of nutrition in our bodies. If you’re experiencing hair loss that hasn’t improved after a week or so, it may be time to adjust your diet to ensure you’re getting the proper nutrients. Rainy season can also cause some hair problems as this season is not regarded as a favorable season for our hair growth. But now, we are coming to the end of the rainy season and the summer season is approaching. Let me give you a hair mask that works perfectly for this season.

Ingredients: 

Guava leaves:

    It has antibacterial properties. It reduces hair loss and removes dandruff. You can also intake guava leaves in boiled water. It improves hair growth as well. This can also be used to remove hair itching problems. It promotes a clean scalp. 

Fenugreek:

    Fenugreek is rich in Vitamin K and it controls dandruff very well. It strengthens hair follicles well. It gives strength to roots and controls hair loss. Fenugreek reduces heat in the body. Be cautious not to use too much of fenugreek, for it causes side effects

How to prepare?

    1) Wash the guava leaves well before preparing the hair mask. Soak 2 spoons of fenugreek in water overnight. 

    2) Grind the soaked fenugreek with the soaked water. Filter the paste using transparent cloth. 

    3) Boil the guava leaves in 1 and a half glasses of water on medium flame. Take the leaves once the color of the water changes. 

    4) Add the fenugreek paste to the boiling water. Make sure that the stove is on low flame now

    5) Stir well so that it has no lumps. Switch off the flame.

    6) Apply oil and detangle your hair. Apply to the scalp well. Massage well. After 20 mins wash your hair with shampoo or shikhakhai. Try it for 3 months (weekly twice) for best results.
