Shipping Policy
At JEGATHEES MEENA, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered in a timely manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy, including timelines, return processes, and order tracking.

Order Processing
Orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.
You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 days with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up daily at:
M6/54, 4th Indirasenai Street, Mullainagar, Theni, Tamilnadu – 625531.
Pickup is available from 9:00 AM. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Local Delivery
Eligibility: Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 km of our shop.
During checkout, enter your address and select the local delivery option if eligible.
You will receive an email with real-time tracking details once your order is out for delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are shipped via ST Courier or The Professional Courier with a delivery standard of 3 days.
A flat shipping rate applies to orders outside the local delivery area.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Options
Calculated Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Flat Rate Shipping: Flat rates apply for shipping to different districts.
Free Shipping: Orders over Rs. 2000 qualify for free shipping.
Note: Import duties or taxes applied by your destination district/state are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Physical Products:

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days and issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund.
Digital Products:

Digital products are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue. Please contact us with detailed information if you encounter any problems.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, email us at sales@jegatheesmeena.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will resolve the issue promptly on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery.
